20/20 does not collect your personal data. Everything you log stays on your device and in your personal iCloud account. We have no servers, no analytics, no advertising, and no access to your data.
When you use 20/20, the app stores the following on your device:
All of this data is created entirely by you. We never see it, have no access to it, and it never passes through our servers — because we don't have any.
If you are signed into iCloud on your device, 20/20 uses Apple's CloudKit service to sync your data across your Apple devices. This means your time entries and other data are stored in your personal iCloud account — not ours.
Apple's privacy policy governs how iCloud stores and protects your data. You can review it at apple.com/legal/privacy.
You can disable iCloud sync at any time in your device's Settings → [Your Name] → iCloud.
If you use the voice input feature, 20/20 requests access to your microphone and uses Apple's on-device Speech Recognition framework to transcribe your spoken words into text. This transcription happens on your device. Audio is not recorded, stored, or sent anywhere.
You can revoke microphone access at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Microphone.
20/20 requests permission to send you local notifications for 20-minute check-in reminders and weekly report alerts. These notifications are scheduled entirely on your device. No notification data is sent to external servers.
You can manage or disable notifications at any time in Settings → Notifications → 20/20, or within the app under Settings → Reminders.
Pro subscriptions and lifetime purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not see or store your payment information. Apple's purchase and privacy policies apply to all transactions.
Because your data lives on your device and in your iCloud account, you are always in control:
20/20 is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from children. The app's age rating is 4+ (no objectionable content), but the product is designed for adults.
If we make meaningful changes to this privacy policy, we will update the "Last updated" date above and note the change in the app's release notes. Because we collect no personal data, changes are unlikely to affect your privacy in practice.
